Where does my data live?
Your data is always yours — hosted on AWS, run per region so it stays compliant with local data-residency rules. We import your rooms, guests, and templates on day one, and you can export everything at any time. And if you prefer, we can run it in a fully closed environment — a private, isolated environment of your own — at additional cost.
How long until we're live?
Most properties are running the same week, without a big integration project. Works with your IT team or without one.
What if my staff won't adopt it?
It replaces the tools they already juggle rather than adding another. Same-week onboarding, and AI stays optional until the team's ready.
Do I have to replace my PMS or booking system?
No. Treema layers on top of the booking system you already run — keep your PMS, channel manager and booking engine. There's nothing to migrate.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Connecting your PMS is $350 per hotel, once. Boutique does not include PMS integration, so it has none. There is no other setup fee and no migration project — you can start self-serve, with documentation and a how-to walkthrough in every module and your team's onboarding progress visible inside the platform. Chat support is included on every plan. If you'd like hands-on help, personalised onboarding hours are optional: 24 hours included on Enterprise, 6 hours on Multi-Property, and $35 an hour otherwise.
Am I locked into a contract?
Month-to-month — cancel whenever you like. No annual lock-in, no auto-renewal traps, no surprise price hikes, and your data is always yours to export.
How does pricing work with seasonal or part-time staff?
It doesn't change a thing. You pay one flat price per property — never per user or per room — so add as many people as the season needs.
